What Is Wingsuit Base Jumping

Earlier today, while checking Twitter, I came across a post from @tonyrobbins that floored me! I could not believe what I was seeing with my eyes when I clicked the link within his tweet. My jaw literally hit the floor and I immediately found myself wanting to participate. Dudes were base jumping off some monstrous cliffs in Norway and were literally flying through the air like birds with the aid of their wingsuits. What are wingsuits? Yeah, I asked the same question.

Wingsuits shape the human body into an airfoil which can create lift. This makes it possible to rip through the air like a fighter jet and break the rules on what is possible for a human to accomplish when challenging gravity. The wingsuit creates the unique airfoil shape with fabric sewn between the legs and under the arms. Ever seen a flying squirrel in action? Well that’s exactly what these suits look like. Anyways, enough with the technical stuff, take a look at the video and prepare to reattach your jaw.

Tony Soprano & Christopher Moltisanti Impressions

I’m on an impression kick right now, so what! I can’t get enough of great impressions. While posting up about Brock Blake and his awesome impression abilities, I came across Max Koch. This dude is the king, when it comes to impersonating Tony Soprano and Christopher Moltisanti from The Sopranos (quite possibly one of the best shows on cable television, EVER!!) He is so good in fact, that he even has their unique facial expressions and body movements down pat! His impressions of Tony and Christoper are so close to being perfect that if you compared Max’s impressions to Tony and Christopher’s voices, their frequencies, pitches and inflections would probably match. You gotta see this to believe it.

Just when I thought it couldn’t get any better, I found some more videos of Max that I had to share. Check him out doing a really good impression of Nick Nolte and Gary Busey. Just listen to how he nails the voices – great stuff. I will warn you though, the skit is a bit strange…

Briggs’ Milwaukee’s Best Beer Cannon

This is a post for “The Tim Allen’s”, “Garage Tinkerer’s”, and “Disciples of Destruction” out there, who are plagued with an insatiable hunger for creating things with more power. So, what does this have to do with Milwaukee’s Best Light Beer? Well, one gentleman, who works for this branch of the Miller beer company, named Chris, hired a dude, named Briggs to complete the construction of the Briggs’ Beer Cannon.

Why would Chris do that? Why not! What better way to entertain friends and enjoy a couple of cold ones than to stand around a huge beer cannon and shoot various objects at all kinds of targets in order to see how much damage this thing can cause! In case you have been living under a rock and don’t know what Twitter is, or the growing list of celebrities that have adopted this social networking staple, you need to get on board and sign up, like yesterday! Recently, on the Ellen Degeneres show, P Diddy announced his love for Twitter and even got Ellen to get an account. This is great television and it’s most definitely What I Like On The Web. Still don’t know what Twitter is about, just watch the video and let Diddy explain.

@iamdiddy has taken his Twitter promotion very seriously. He has even devoted a youtube channel to his Twittering addiction, where he promotes what he is doing via his videos and earns followers by reminding them to follow @iamdiddy. If I had to define Remi Gaillard’s comedy videos, I would say that they are daring, brave, bold, and brilliant. I really enjoy his sense of humor. You might know of him from viral youtube videos such as: the disco elevator, reggae elevator, rocky training, mario kart in real life, urban football, and many others.

The Mario Kart video is definitely one of my favorites. Watch below and I am sure you will see why.

We all watched them. We all talked about them. We were all amazed that these little puppies could amass such a large viewing audience. The Shiba Inu puppy cam is arguably one of the largest audience gathering ustream shows to date and has added to the popularity of ustream. In fact, this puppy video stream was so popular that the founders of ustream.tv were asked to talk about it on The Today Show.

Sadly, their popular stream is preparing to shut down as the Shiba Inu puppies have reached 8 weeks of age and are ready to go to their new homes. Christian The Lion Reunites With His Owners

Found in Harrod’s exotic pet department in London, two friends, John Rendall and Ace Berg, decided to purchase a small lion cub. Christian the lion, as he would later be named, lived a lavish London life. He rode in Bentleys, ate in the finest restaurants, and spent his days lounging in a furniture store. Eventually he got too big and needed to be reintroduced to the wild. Christian was taken to Africa and released under the watchful eye and care of George Adamson. A year later, John and Ace wanted to visit Christian but were warned by George that he had become the leader of a pride and were advised that he would not remember the two friends. George was wrong. Christian did remember his owners, as evidenced by this amazing video. This video proves that love has no limits and true friendships last a lifetime.
